Perfect day with Maz.The tour was excellent and our tour guide so helpful.A day before he saw how many people was going to Fuji and changed the hour,we began earlier and because of that we saw Fuji without clouds and every place without so many people. He also knew every good photo place (he is very talented photographer too)Posted on Google Traci IrvinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thanks you Petteri for a wonderful day together, seeing Mount Fuji. I won't forget the majesty of the mountain, and it's reflection in one of the little oceans. You are a very patient, warm and competent guide, everything a visitor like me could wish for. We booked our Mt.Fuji and Hakone trip with Live Nippon. The booking process was smooth, I received super prompt responses and they were accomodative about our needs. Our driver and guide Mr.Haan was right on time for pick up. He knows his way around the neighbourhoods, and made good conversation. He made good suggestions, and is a very safe driver. Every one in our group including our kids enjoyed having him around. It made for a memorable and wonderful trip.Posted on Google mamta patelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you so much Anthony for your amazing tour. We came with 14 total people from 2 to 73 years old and you accommodated us all flawlessly. Before we went on this tour I really thought it was going to be a very tiring day and I was amazed with how Anthony was able to give us amazing recommendations and take us to everywhere we wanted to go even when we took longer than the time he told us at several stops. Also I love the way this tour was structured, kind of like a hop on hop off bus but way better stops, a better tour guide, and no waiting for the next bus. Thank you so much for the amazing service Anthony, I would 100% recommend this company and our tour guide. P.S. shoutout to our amazing driver, Cho who put up with all out screaming, crying, and our very loud talking.Posted on Google Kim SchellenbergTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My teen boys and I had the absolute best time on our tour. Our guide, Mattia, was very friendly and taught us a lot about Japan. We were given options as to what we wanted to see during our day. Mattia was very helpful at explaining food allergies when we ordered our meal. Even though it was too foggy to see Mt.Fuji we didn’t feel like we missed out on our experience. Would 100% recommend.Posted on Google Tesh DorzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
