Petteri was an awesome guide. He was knowledgeable, suggesting excellent changes to our original itinerary. We stopped at morw than 8 locations including many viewing spots of Mount Fuji, a number of the the Fuji lakes, 3 shrines, and a winery. It was a complete day.Posted on Tess BenephyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a wonderful for tour of Mt Fuji with our driver, Petteri, taking us to some awesome spots! Would totally recommend them.Posted on Kristin FulluTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a lovely time with our amazing tour guide Shish! Our trip to Tokyo lasted for one week, and with lots to see it was very relaxing for our group of 12 to hand all planning and the structure of the day over to someone else. We didn't pick any specific route or sights we wished to see in advance, but Shish's recommendations fit our group very well😍. He was considerate and exceeded all expectations. I would definetly splurge on a private trip as it made everything so easy. If I could rate 6 stars, I would.Posted on Ginger CarterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an awesome day exploring these cute towns and shrines outside of Tokyo. Israr was our guide, he was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. He was very patient going slow as my dad is elderly and needed to walk show. He also takes great photos! I highly recommend this tour to anyone, especially those with just a few days in the area to get out and see some beautiful sights outside of Tokyo.Posted on JayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing experience on our private tour around Mt. Fuji. Our guide Petteri was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day feel relaxed and special. We got to see so many beautiful spots, learned a lot about the area, and never felt rushed. Booking this private tour made such a big difference — everything was well-organized and tailored to what we wanted to do. The weather was perfect which made the views absolutely stunning, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a memorable and stress-free Mt. Fuji experience! Thank you again to Petteri you’re an excellent guide!!!Posted on Ben RossTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Petteri was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Super friendly. To be clear, I do not fault the guide personally. However, my experience was highly unprofessional and exceedingly stressful, and responsibility for this rests entirely with the tour company’s planning, staffing, and execution. The tour was booked well in advance and customized ahead of time. I provided a clear itinerary, received confirmation on what was feasible, and finalized the plan with the guide one to two days before the tour. At that point, I reasonably expected the day itself to be fully planned and managed by your team. Instead, throughout the tour, I was repeatedly asked how long we wanted to stay at each location and what we should do next. These decisions should have been managed by the guide and driver, not pushed onto the client in real time. A professionally organized private tour should remove decision-making from the client, not create it. I also had to repeatedly ask the guide to use the microphone - both for logistical questions and even for his limited commentary. Most questions were directed to me privately, and the group was often left uninformed unless I intervened. This was frustrating and placed me in the role of managing the group rather than being able to participate in the tour. The tour provided very little commentary or educational value. Aside from briefly pointing out one or two landmarks and making a short comment about Mount Fuji, there was minimal effort to explain or contextualize what we were seeing. Additionally, it became apparent during the tour that the guide had limited Japanese proficiency and sometimes struggled to communicate with the driver. On a busy holiday with heavy traffic, this lack of seamless coordination was unacceptable. The frequent need to check Google Maps during the tour further reflected inadequate preparation and experience. I also noticed that the guide’s name and phone number in the group chat changed shortly before the tour, suggesting a possible last-minute assignment. If so, assigning an inexperienced guide to a customized private tour without sufficient preparation is a company-level failure. Ultimately, the tour ended approximately 1.5 hours later than scheduled. While we were able to move our dinner reservation, this overrun clearly demonstrates how poorly the day was planned and managed. Clients should not have to absorb this level of disruption due to preventable organizational shortcomings. While we did visit the agreed-upon locations, the overall experience was far more stressful than it should have been. Planning, pacing, communication, and execution are the responsibility of the tour company and not the client during the tour. I am sharing this feedback so you are fully aware of how these systemic issues affected our experience. I would appreciate your acknowledgment and an explanation of how this will be addressed going forward.Posted on Candy and Sparky WorldTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
