Posted on Ryan TermuloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a wonderful Mt. Fuji day trip with our tour guide, Mr. Dan. The route was great. Arakurayama Sengen Shrine, Lake Kawaguchiko, and Oshino Hakkai were all beautiful, and the trip was smooth and well paced. What really stood out was the support I received when, on our way to another area, I realized my wallet was no longer with me. We immediately went back to Lake Kawaguchiko, realizing it might have been left there during the boat ride. It had slipped inside the boat due to my own carelessness, and I was extremely worried. Mr. Dan and the boat driver patiently helped search the boat until it was found. Their kindness and willingness to help meant a lot to me, and I will never forget it. I highly recommend this tour for both the scenery and the genuine care and professionalism.Posted on Hoku CTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our tour to Mt. Fuji led by Shish was one of the highlights of our 2 week vacation in Japan. My son wanted to see Mt. Fuji again but this time we wanted to see different things. Our guide Sish helped customize our tour. We visited different sides of Kawaguchiko Lake and Oshino Hakkai. We were fortunate that it was a clear day so that views of Mr. Fuji were amazing. I enjoyed shopping at the Japanese village for omiyage to bring back home and we enjoyed the speed boat ride on the lake. There were 10 of us in our group, 2 of which were children that needed child seats. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable for all of us. I would definitely recommend this tour again and we enjoyed having Sish as our guide. He’s very funny and he took great care of us every step of the way.Posted on Ginger CarterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an awesome day exploring these cute towns and shrines outside of Tokyo. Israr was our guide, he was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. He was very patient going slow as my dad is elderly and needed to walk show. He also takes great photos! I highly recommend this tour to anyone, especially those with just a few days in the area to get out and see some beautiful sights outside of Tokyo.Posted on JayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing experience on our private tour around Mt. Fuji. Our guide Petteri was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day feel relaxed and special. We got to see so many beautiful spots, learned a lot about the area, and never felt rushed. Booking this private tour made such a big difference — everything was well-organized and tailored to what we wanted to do. The weather was perfect which made the views absolutely stunning, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a memorable and stress-free Mt. Fuji experience! Thank you again to Petteri you’re an excellent guide!!!Posted on Ben RossTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Petteri was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Super friendly. Would highly recommend to anybody.Posted on Ming Hui ChanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is feedback on our recent private day tour. To be clear, I do not fault the guide personally. However, my experience was highly unprofessional and exceedingly stressful, and responsibility for this rests entirely with the tour company’s planning, staffing, and execution. The tour was booked well in advance and customized ahead of time. I provided a clear itinerary, received confirmation on what was feasible, and finalized the plan with the guide one to two days before the tour. At that point, I reasonably expected the day itself to be fully planned and managed by your team. Instead, throughout the tour, I was repeatedly asked how long we wanted to stay at each location and what we should do next. These decisions should have been managed by the guide and driver, not pushed onto the client in real time. A professionally organized private tour should remove decision-making from the client, not create it. I also had to repeatedly ask the guide to use the microphone - both for logistical questions and even for his limited commentary. Most questions were directed to me privately, and the group was often left uninformed unless I intervened. This was frustrating and placed me in the role of managing the group rather than being able to participate in the tour. The tour provided very little commentary or educational value. Aside from briefly pointing out one or two landmarks and making a short comment about Mount Fuji, there was minimal effort to explain or contextualize what we were seeing. Additionally, it became apparent during the tour that the guide had limited Japanese proficiency and sometimes struggled to communicate with the driver. On a busy holiday with heavy traffic, this lack of seamless coordination was unacceptable. The frequent need to check Google Maps during the tour further reflected inadequate preparation and experience. I also noticed that the guide’s name and phone number in the group chat changed shortly before the tour, suggesting a possible last-minute assignment. If so, assigning an inexperienced guide to a customized private tour without sufficient preparation is a company-level failure. Ultimately, the tour ended approximately 1.5 hours later than scheduled. While we were able to move our dinner reservation, this overrun clearly demonstrates how poorly the day was planned and managed. Clients should not have to absorb this level of disruption due to preventable organizational shortcomings. While we did visit the agreed-upon locations, the overall experience was far more stressful than it should have been. Planning, pacing, communication, and execution are the responsibility of the tour company and not the client during the tour. I am sharing this feedback so you are fully aware of how these systemic issues affected our experience. I would appreciate your acknowledgment and an explanation of how this will be addressed going forward.Posted on Candy and Sparky WorldTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent Private Tour Experience We had a wonderful day exploring the Mount Fuji area with Puskal. He picked us up right on time from our hotel at 7am and made the entire day smooth and enjoyable. He drove us to multiple scenic spots to view and photograph Mount Fuji, giving us plenty of time to take everything in without feeling rushed. We also stopped for coffee about an hour into the trip and later enjoyed a delicious ramen lunch around noon, which was a great local experience. Puskal was friendly, professional, and made the day feel relaxed and well-organized. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a fun day for our whole family. We would absolutely recommend this tour and Puskal as a driver.
