Is this a long sightseeing day?

Yes, this tour covers a broad area and may involve considerable driving. We recommend preparing for a full day of travel and sightseeing.

What should I wear for the tour?

Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended for temple grounds, forest paths, and outdoor attractions.

Are meals and attraction tickets included?

Meals and certain admission or activity fees may be extra. Please review your package details before booking.

As it’s a little far from the central area of Tokyo, it is highly recommended that you book a “9h One-Day Tour” to visit the Hakone area. For boarding the Shinkansen, it is possible to conclude the tour at Odawara Station or local hotels in the Fuji/Hakone area. However, please note that the round-trip travel time to Tokyo, totalling three hours, will be deducted from the overall tour duration.

He suggested to start the day early to beat the traffic and avoid large crowds, since it's during the busy fall season. He picked us up at 5:30am and when we got to Chureito Pagoda there was not that many people, so we were able to take our time and enjoy the view and take lots of pictures of Mt. Fuji.  Every site we visited after that was great, with no lines and small crowds. We were able to visit 5 sites.  The high light was the Zuijinmon shrine.  It was peaceful and tranquil. We highly recommend Abdul to anyone looking for a great tour guide to Mt. Fuji.

Mount Fuji was not visible because of weather conditions but they made us have an unforgettable day visiting some temples, a local sake factory and teaching us a lot of Japanese culture!
